Chilean Manuel Pellegrini said artistic director of Manchester City
that Arsenal are still in the competition struggle on the Premier League
(EPL) in spite of the humiliating defeat suffered by the team
yesterday.
Arsenal suffered defeat with 6 straight goals at the hands of leaders Chelsea standings competition to accommodate the difference between the two teams to seven points with Arsenal to fight a match less .
However, Pellegrini, in remarks quoted by the BBC said : " I do not think that competition between Chelsea and Manchester City only . We have to continue to be considered a contender for Liverpool because they are playing well and record goals ."
