Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo
will miss Copa del Rey final on Wednesday against FC Barcelona.
The Portugal forward has not presented for Real since their quarter-final first-leg win 3-0 in UEFA Champions League Borussia Dortmund, April 2 due to a knee complaint .Ronaldo was left on the bench for the second leg of this tie as Real scraped through 3-2 on aggregate after a 2-0 loss at Signal Iduna Park.However, the capital club have since revealed that the 29-year -old as " an injury to the biceps femoris muscle of the left " in the thigh .The former Manchester United man was not available for 4-0 Liga victory over Almeria on Saturday and will again be the key that look real to repeat what they accomplished in 2011 , beating rivals Barca in the final Copa ." Ronaldo will not be there , we know that since this morning (Tuesday) ," said Ancelotti . " But the team has always responded well to absences and will again tomorrow.
